This is my finished ancillary task of my music website, I am really proud of this because this is the first time I have used this type of website maker and I am really proud of how it has turned out.
I really like this site because it is easy to navigate and simple to use because everything is there for you when you need it and you can chose any style you want to suit you so this was a really big help because I think my website connects with my music video a lot, and you can tell this by the colours used.

This is the link to a preview of my website and also the progress I have done of it so far.
I will be adding more pictures into it for the 'Store' tab that I have as a option, the kind of pictures I will be adding to it are the things my sister mainly wears through out the video, this is so the audience gets a feel of what dancers might wear and so that they might want to purchase them themselves.
I will be putting on her 'Dance' hoodie, she also has hoodies off where she as been for example she danced at new york with her uni so she has a gorgeous purple hoodie which my audience will might like to purchase, the shoes that she wears are dancers aswell, she has her own ballet pumps that she wears whenever shes doing a performance so I will put up some pictures of them and to purchase them.
Another thing I will put on will be an interview with my sister and how she overcome her ingury and from when she was first asked to perform. I will also ask her questions like how long has she dances for etc.

This is my music preview that I edited together from my original music video for my website, I've made it roughly a minute long so its kind of like a teaser for my target audience, this also makes them want to watch more.

I've put my preview on YouTube as its a good social network and basically everybody from my target age group use YouTube often so hopefully this will help me get more feedback.

This is the link to my first music website, my first being my previous "try out" because I totally changed my idea and I didn't really like the layout and the colours also wasn't really working for me. When I researched into websites before hand I came across Ed Sheeran and my age group of people particularly the girls really like him.

Relating Back

Relating back to my research and planning that I did based on the YouTuber, Hobbie Stuart, I managed to successfully use his ideas in my music video. He blended most of his videos together to get this effect of overlaying. basically what I did was I used premier pro as normal and I then went on this option down on the left hand side of the programme where I found the option of effects where I found all these transitions of audios and videos.

When I clicked on it, it opened even more options such as, 3D motion, Dissolve, iris, page peel and slide. I then clicked on dissolve because thats what I was looking for and it what is used to overlay two images together. when I opened it, it gave me some more options that we extremely useful such as, Additive Dissolve, cross dissolve, dip to black, dip to white and film dissolve.

And what I used and found out to give me the best effect was the Additive Dissolve, this crossed both images together to give me my Hobbie Stuart desired effect. What it does is it finishes off one clip slowly by blending it in with another chosen clip and again gives you the effect that I was going for.

Comparing of videos

These two scenes I have decided to include in my video purely because they are a contrast of light and dark, they are also a contrast of inside and outside. I thought this would be a good thing to include in my blog as it shows why I have done this and to show what I was able to achieve.
I also like how these to scenes are spacious, there is plenty of room and some of the background isn't too distracting and that is why I have chosen these particular areas in which to film. the contrast turned out great and although the lighting isn't perfect in the dance studio it worked out well relating back to the two contrast as light and dark.
